Aaron is a passionate executive leader with extensive experience in the Not-For-Profit sector having worked in areas of organisational transformation, financial reporting and management, corporate governance, and operational leadership. He is currently undergoing study towards a Master of Theology, while actively involved with his local church serving in many roles. This blend of academia and on-the-ground ministry has birthed a passion for caring and developing emerging leaders amongst the challenges of todays church environment.
