Tracey has a Private Clinical Counselling, Family Therapy and Supervision Practice including contract EAP counselling on the Gold Coast, where she has conducted over 20,000 hours of counselling and supervision.

She has been a long-term aifc trainer and assessor and delivers ACA approved supervision training in Queensland where she has recently co-authored a chapter on Christian Supervision for the third edition of the official Pelling and Armstrong supervision textbook. She has also written many units for counselling training and an entire curriculum for the overseas market.

She is a Clinical Member and Supervisor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), and member of their College of Supervisors, and a Supervisor Trainer with the AAOS.
