Please be aware that requests submitted using this form will be processed and reflected in Moodle as soon as possible. If you wish to retain copies of your assignments before your Moodle access changes, please ensure that you download your files before you submit this form.
Unit Withdrawals After Census Please be reminded that units withdrawn after census date are liable for the full cost of the unit fees and are automatically awarded a fail grade. Students wishing to apply for a withdrawal without penalty should email their request in writing to registrar@acom.edu.au, including any supporting documentation.
