Foundations of Christian Leadership with Tim Hanna (Online)

Leadership is not for the select few, but within the grasp of everyone who seeks to honour God through effective self-stewardship and proactivity. The world and our communities desperately need leaders who have the vision to see what needs changing and the skills to lead others into getting things done. This facilitation explores the nature of leadership needed in the context of the overriding changes of the 21st century and the Australian context for non-profit and faith-based organisations. Participants will finish with a deeper understanding of their unique leadership style in addition to becoming familiar with a range of leadership tools and frameworks that will help them navigate tumultuous times by building trust with team members and stakeholders, empowering others to act, leading change, and creating cultures of health and well-being.
