A professional development event for Christian leaders.

Day 1 will focus on:
/ Conflict Styles and Responses
/ Mediating conflict between two people / Conflict in groups
/ Coping with conflict

This event will be particularly valuable for pastors, lay leaders and Christian workers, and will have a key focus on conflict resolution within interpersonal and institutional situations. It will equip people with principles and tools that can be harnessed when conflict situations arise.

The conference will be facilitated by Murray Bingham who has extensive experience as a consultant in conflict resolution, organisational management and interpersonal relationship and Neale Meredith, ACOM Vice Principal and Dean of Students.
