QLD Team Ministry Skills with Mark Conner

Tuesday, 25th February @ 9:00 am - Wednesday, 26th February @ 5:00 pm

Working in teams can be frustrating and fruitful, painful and productive, soul-destroying and life-giving. Gather with Mark Conner for one or two days to learn how we can do teams better. Mark will explore expectations, avoiding burnout, interpersonal dynamics, transitions, the biblical basis for teams and much more. This may well be the most practical, applicable church or leadership training you attend in 2020.

After 32 years in Pastoral Leadership at CityLife Church, Melbourne, Dr Mark Conner now trains, writes and coaches to help others achieve fruitfulness in ministry. He brings a wealth of wisdom and experience from his coaching, doctoral studies and a lifetime of Church ministry.  Although his Church experience has been was larger than average, Mark’s down-to-earth approach means leaders can easily apply his principles in any setting.

This seminar is part of the course by the Australian College of Ministries “Working in a Team Ministry Setting,” but is available for anyone seeking training. For more info on ACOM, see www.acom.edu.au.
