This retreat is specifically for women in paid ministry, chaplains and pastors’ wives.
Over three days, there will be an opportunity to deepen your experience of living in your Belovedness and knowing your Identity in Christ. We will explore your own image of God and his image of you. There will be ample opportunity for solitude and silence as well as gathering with other like minded women in ministry, collaboratively sharing our journey together. Numbers are limited to nine participants.

Kerrell together with her husband, Andrew, church planted in the early 1990’s on the Central Coast, NSW, where they raised three daughters and served for nearly three decades. In January 2020, they relocated to Sydney where Kerrell now walks alongside Christian leaders, pastors and chaplains one on one in the areas of mentoring and supervision. She serves the broader church in the areas of speaking, teaching and hosting spiritual retreats.
Kerrell has a heart to create a safe, honest and authentic space for others. Kerrell feels the alignment of her gifting, enables her to be fully alive to her calling to be a ‘listening presence’ to those she encounters. As a pastor and pastor’s wife, she understands the complexity of ministry, family, leadership and living in a fish bowl.
Kerrell has a background in design, (B Des, University of S.A.), Master of Arts in Spiritual Leadership (Australian College of Ministry) and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Pastoral Supervision (St Marks Theological College). She is currently studying to become a Spiritual Director at Richmont University, USA.
Kerrell has a heart for people in ministry and empowering them to step into their identity as Christ’s beloved, and to lead from the overflow of a life abiding with Jesus. Kerrell is passionate about spiritual formation and engaging in the spiritual practices, Jesus himself lived out. Kerrell has a contemplative, prophetic and creative edge and delights in seeing others light up with an “AHAH” moment.
