It’s time for a different kind of Christian leader.

Christian leaders in this rapidly-changing world need to possess deep spiritual conviction and a passion for mission, with the savvy of great skills in organisational management.

The increasingly sophisticated religious not-for-profit sector now demands its leaders have both great spiritual leadership depth as well as professional management skills tailored to the unique needs of a mission-based organisation.

Choose your own special emphasis from the following /
Community Sector Stream /

This programme focuses on real-world survival skills for those engaged in leading not-for-profit social enterprises in hospitality, education, welfare, aged care, disability services, local church or other ministries.

Utilising the resources and global connections of the Alliance Institute for Mission, students can focus on international or local missions with an emphasis on hands-on service and experiences.
Transformation Stream /
In collaboration with the global Christian Spiritual Formation network, including organisations such as The Renovare Institute and The Apprentice Centre, this programme focuses on personal spiritual formation as a foundational dimension for spiritual leaders seeking to be agents of transformation in our society.

The skills required of church leaders are now more complex than ever.
