Audit

Interested in learning but short on time? Auditing study units can be a great way to boost your professional knowledge and skills without committing to an academic unit with assignments.

What is Auditing?

Auditing is designed for people who are looking to learn about different topics without academic credit.

Through this option you experience:

  • Access to the high-quality learning our students experience
  • No applications
  • No assignments

You will receive access our unit content and materials through a login to our online learning platform (Moodle). This access is the same as what our students see, minus the assignment submission points. Access is granted during the relevant study period, so please check our key dates.

Run by experienced leaders, educators, and practitioners in their fields of study, facilitations are an opportunity for students to learn alongside others in a dynamic environment of enquiry and exploration. Facilitations can be scheduled in regular classes, or events run over individual or consecutive days.

In person facilitations provide a physical space to strengthen skills by gathering like-minded local individuals together to learn and network together. These events can be run in a variety of locations across Australia and are run according to local time-zones.

Online facilitations provide flexible learning options for students nationwide, by giving them the ability to interact with facilitators and learners from across Australia from their devices. These events are run digitally on Zoom in AEST time-zone (or AEDT during daylight savings).

The cost to audit a unit is $300. This includes access to all unit content on Moodle, as well as attendance at the facilitation.

Note that some units may have additional costs such as experiences, travel or textbooks that will need to be covered by the attendee. Please ensure you read the information for each unit, and check if any textbooks are required.

Note that all audit options are not FEE-HELP eligible, and payment must be made upfront on booking.

This process is for a standard audit only.
