Fees

Students pay the tuition fees for their studies at ACOM upfront, unless they defer part or all of their fees via the FEE-HELP scheme (see below).

FEE-HELP is a loan from the Australian Government to pay all or part of your fees when you study a higher education course at an approved higher education provider.

FEE-HELP is only available for tuition fees, and does not cover incidental fees or other costs. 

Students wishing to utilise FEE-HELP should apply during admission, or contact the Registrar for more details. To read more about FEE-HELP and check your eligibility, go to the Australian Government's Study Assist website.

Applicable to courses studied at Australian Quality Framework Level 5 (AQF5 Diploma Level). Note that the Diploma of Christian Studies is studied at AQF7 Bachelor Level.

Students holding a pension card who are in receipt of an Age Pension, Disability Support Pension, or Parenting Payment (Single), and are paying their fees upfront may be eligible for a pension discount on standard 9 credit point units. The discount is $250 for undergraduate units and $300 for postgraduate units.

To apply for a pension discount, please email a copy of your pension card and proof of benefit type to registrar@acom.edu.au.

Once your eligibility has been confirmed by staff, you can enrol in units as usual and note the pension discount where applicable on the enrolment form.

When enrolling or withdrawing from a unit please ensure you check the key dates. Note that making changes to units outside of the key dates could incur the below incidental fees.
